Since April 2020, CARCADE has been part of the Gazprombank Group, under the majority control of Gazprombank Leasing JSC.
In June 2020, Fitch Ratings assigned CARCADE a long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of BB+ for foreign and national currencies, with a Stable Outlook.
